What are our rates?

Our rates depend on the type of cleaning service and are based on the total square footage of the space to be cleaned. Book online now to see our rates or contact us.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning? Can I provide a key?

No need to be home; many clients prefer to provide a code or key, whether it’s a one-time cleaning or a recurring service. Our team makes sure to lock up tight and keep your space secure, no uninvited guests allowed. We respect your home—no smoking or snacking on the job.

Do you offer additional cleaning services?

We go above and beyond. That's the Kildare way. We provide additional add-on services like window cleaning, appliance cleaning, barbecue cleaning, and so much more. Just contact us and we'll accommodate any personalized requests.

What don't we clean.

In our mission to provide polished, professional cleaning solutions, we tailor our services to fit with your preferences. Yet, in keeping things sparkling, there are a few areas and chores where we takes a step back, including:

-Taking on ironing adventures
-Diving into decluttering missions (available extra upon request)
-Shining the outside of windows
-Handling biohazards
-Cleaning in smoking homes
-Tackling fire or water damage

Can I provide instructions for the cleaning team?

We'd be truly thankful if you could pass along any instructions directly to us! Either by email or phone. This way, we can update your records to ensure every detail is spot on. While each service (deep, basic, move, post-construction) has a set scope of work, we’re happy to include extra requests for additional time and cost.

What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?

We’ll contact you to arrange a better time for your cleaning—usually within the same week, should the need arise. If you need to change your schedule for any reason, simply get in touch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How many people will be cleaning my home?

Our cleaning teams usually work in pairs. The team size varies depending on the schedule and scope of work. Rest assured, the quality of our service remains consistent regardless of team size.

I have pets, what should I do?

Please share some details about your pets—such as their species and how many you have. Also, let us know if they’re friendly, need to be let outside, or require any special care. This helps our team ensure a safe and comfortable visit for everyone.

What should I do about security alarm on cleaning day?

If your place has a security system, please make sure it’s switched off or disarmed on cleaning day. Feel free to share any instructions for managing it. However, please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any alarms triggered during our cleaning spree.

What if the cleaning team missed an area?

Reach out to us within 24 hours after your cleaning, and we'll gladly revisit and re-clean the area at no extra cost if it was included in your original request or our standard services.

What if something is damaged or broken during cleaning?

We handle your valuables with care, but accidents can happen. In the event of any damage or breakage during our cleaning process, we’ll promptly inform you and work to repair or replace the item.

Why does initial/deep cleaning cost more than recurring cleaning?

The initial cleaning takes extra time and effort to bring your home up to Kildare Cleaning’s sparkling standards. After that, recurring cleanings help keep your space clean and well-maintained.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 36 hours before your scheduled cleaning. Appointments are in high demand, so your advance notice allows us to offer the time slot to another client. A 50% cancellation fee will be required for any appointments canceled with less than 36 hours’ notice. However, we’re flexible and always strive to understand your situation—every case is unique.
